Jewels by Ashish is committed towards the customer satisfaction and hence our aim is to deliver the best quality products to our customers. Due to some circumstances, the delivered product could be damaged, defective or not same as per the order placed. In that case, customer can exchange the product within 7 working days from the date of delivery. You can choose another product of same price or higher price for exchange.
Please remember the following points before going through an exchange process-
- The difference in the amount (if a product with higher price is chosen) and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Your product will be inspected before exchange and after approval, the product will be exchanged.
- A product will be exchanged only of it is defective, damaged or of incorrect size.
- We accept the product only if it is kept in its original box.
- The products should not have any scratches or damage, it should be new or in unused condition.
- If we found resized, altered or damaged item then we would not exchange the item and return you at your own expenses.
- In case of Ring size replacement, we would ship another ring of desired size. The shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
- We do not exchange, return or replace the product for international orders.
